Oak Shores is a premier lakefront community, but their existing website was a basic Squarespace template with clip art icons, a generic blue header, and no visual identity. It felt like a community bulletin board, not a luxury development. The site did nothing to convey the quality of the properties or attract serious buyers.
The Solution
We created a dark, cinematic single-page website with gold accents that mirrors the luxury and exclusivity of the properties themselves. Custom scroll animations, parallax effects, and a premium aesthetic communicate quality before a single word is read. The result is a site that feels as high-end as the development it represents.

SASCO Electric has 50 years of commercial electrical expertise, but their website was stuck in the early 2000s — dark background, yellow text, blurry image carousel, and sparse content. For a company handling major commercial projects, the site undermined their credibility. Potential clients checking them out online were getting the wrong impression.
